The man with the power
to kill off anyone.

Chris Rock is a cyber mercenary who has worked across the Middle East, the US and Asia for the last 30 years — for both government and private organizations. He is the Chief Information Security Officer and co-founder of SIEMonster.

Chris has presented three times at the largest hacking conference in the world, DEF CON in Las Vegas, on controversial vulnerabilities — from creating fake people and killing them through birth and death registration systems, to architecting the cyber overthrow of a government, to bypassing modern military jammers using the earth itself as an antenna.

He is also the author of The Baby Harvest, a book on criminals and terrorists using virtual babies and fake deaths for financing. He has been invited to speak at TED Global, and appeared on Darknet Diaries, Episode 151.

I Will Kill You

Ever wanted to kill someone? Chris shows how to "kill" a living person and obtain a real death certificate — exposing the missing security controls that let anyone be virtually wiped out. You could be dead right now and not even know it.

Killer Hertz — "Terrorists Win"

Using a custom-built Tx/Rx and the earth's crust as an antenna, Chris generates an H-field near-field comms channel in the sub-9kHz range — spanning 1–11km to trigger an RC-IED inside a fully jammed environment.

The Baby Harvest

How virtual babies became the future of terrorist financing and money laundering.

Chris investigated birth and death registration systems around the world and discovered disturbing vulnerabilities. As governments move registration online, they have created the conditions where the "Virtual" is born — a criminal that exists only on paper.

"The Baby Harvest" is the concept of a criminal syndicate making and raising virtual babies to adulthood — obtaining finance, entering the stock market, taking out life insurance policies, and eventually being "harvested" (killed off) at investment maturity.

Conductive Current Earth Mode Communications

Radio frequency jammer — electronic counter-countermeasure.

IEDs account for over 70% of modern battlefield casualties. Militaries spend billions on Electronic Countermeasures — jamming the 0.1MHz–6,500MHz range to stop wirelessly detonated explosives from receiving a trigger signal.

Using a custom-built VLF/ULF transmitter and receiver, this paper uses the earth's crust as a conductive-current antenna — communicating securely in Near-Field H instead of Far-Field E, from 1–11km away in the sub-9kHz range, to trigger an RC-IED inside a jammed environment.
